Can I reserve an appointment online?

You can totally contact us through our email link hellolakejackson@myurbaneve.com and then one of our team members will reach out to you. We want to get to know you a little bit, ask some questions, and then reserve time with a stylist that will best fit you and your beauty budget!


Can I bring my children with me to my appointment?

Although we are obsessed and LOVE children….the salon can be a dangerous place for little ones if they are not receiving services. We ask that you leave the little munchkins at home or we will be forced to gift them with a redbull and puppy 😉


Not happy with my hair?

Our priority is for you to LOVE your hair. Our goal is for you to be a long term guest of UrbanEve. Please give us a call within We want you to feel comfortable communicating with us. Given the opportunity, we will work our hardest to make you happy, often at our expense 🙂


I’m not loving my product I purchased?

At UrbanEve we stand behind our hair product recommendations 100%…..but, if for some reason you aren’t loving what you purchased at UrbanEve….please feel free to return your gently used hair product for another hair product of your choice.

Sorry, we can’t accept returns on makeup or brushes.

Boutique items can be returned within 2 weeks for an exchange or store credit 🙂


What if I’m running late for my appointment?

We understand life can get crazy (kids, traffic, work)….We never want to run behind on our guests or have to rush through an appointment because of running late, so we ask to reschedule our guests if they are running 15 minutes late.


Gratuities?

Gratuities are always appreciated….never expected. Our stylists are
grateful and appreciate when you are in love with your experience and look….gratuities are a beautiful way of saying thank you 🙂

We accept cash, visa, mastercard, and american express. Sorry, no checks 🙂
